• All bookings are to be made via Pitchbooking.com no less than 48 hours before the booking period
• Bookings will only be accepted by persons over 18 years old
• Prices are inclusive of changing rooms and floodlighting on the Artificial Turf Pitches (ATP) if required
• Booking time on the Artificial Turf Pitches (ATP) must include 5 minutes to relocate goals and vacate
• Please vacate pitches promptly when asked to do so by the Football Attendant. Please refrain from any unseemly/unsporting conduct. Any intimidation of council employees or match officials may result in booking cancellation
• Goals/sports equipment should be lifted/wheeled and not dragged across the surface of the Artificial Turf Pitches
• No trainers or metal tipped studs/spikes are permitted on the Artificial Turf Pitches (ATP) - please use the boot brushes provided
• Please do not bring dogs, food, chewing gum or glass bottles on the Artificial Turf Pitches. 9ATP) Please deposit any litter in the bins provided
• Bicycles are not permitted within the perimeter fence of the Artificial Turf Pitches (ATP)
• Hirers will be contacted by text if pitches are unplayable
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the booking date by email to communityfacilities@rushcliffe.gov.uk 
• Refund requests for late cancellations must be made by email and will be referred to the Facility Manager
• All Rushcliffe Borough Council’s facilities are non-smoking venues
