The full hire fee will be levied if a booking cancellation request is received from the Hirer less than 72 hours in advance of the booking period. Booking cancellation requests should be sent by email to communityfacilities@rushcliffe.gov.uk. Where a late notice cancellation is requested by the Hirer (giving less than 72 hours notice) the decision whether to grant a refund is at the discretion of the Community Facilities Manager.
