Terms and Conditions: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Customers who wish to cancel their booking can do so by emailing booking@magherabeg.co.uk giving at least 48 hours notice from the start time of their booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given then no refund will be processed. All cancellations that are due a refund will be refunded less a 5% booking fee. (e.g. Refunded £19 for a cancelled 1 hour £20 booking). Full refund for all cancellations due to the pitch being closed due to inclement weather. Correct footwear must be worn eg: artificial ground boots, firm ground boots, hard ground boots, turf trainers (when dry). The following are not allowed: soft ground boots, soft ground pro boots, Blades or Flat Sole indoor trainers. No food or liquids (apart from water) allowed on pitch. No chewing gum All litter to be placed in bins. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the facility. The person named in the booking will be the person responsible for the group, including full payment of the facility before playing , behaviour of those attending the booking, and adherence to the terms and conditions of hire and use of the facility. M.R.C.A accepts no responsibility for items lost/stolen on the premises or grounds,or for any loss, damage (including damage to vehicles), or injury occurring in or in the vicinity of the pitch, or for any injuries to persons participating in any activity in or on its facilities. M.R.C.A reserve the right to have full control of decisions on admission, allocation, use, operation, or closure of the facilities.
