When a user signs up and makes a booking, their information will be added to the Pitchbooking database. Facility owners have the ability to access the information of those customers who have booked one of their facilities. Facility owners can then choose how to organise their users within the Pitchbooking Manager system. Users can remain as individual users and bookers or, where it makes sense, can be grouped into Memberships.
The Memberships feature of Pitchbooking allows facility owners to grant certain privileges to different user groups. These groups would typically be frequent bookers such as clubs, teams and even internal staff groups who need oversight on availability.
Memberships privileges come in the form of two different types of access:
Access to special pricing (read more about Pricing Rules here) Access to specific pitches and times (read more about Priority Access here)

Facility owners can add all users belonging to the same team to a Membership group. As an example, they could then give the team priority access to their weekly training slots on the 3G pitch every Monday from 8pm to 9pm. By applying an access restriction, all the individual users that make up the team will be able to book the Monday and Thursday slots. Individuals who are not part of this membership group will not be able to book this specific Monday night slot.
The same principle applies to pricing. If a particular club or team is entitled to a discounted rate, perhaps a local school or community group, putting the relevant users into a Membership will enable them to book at the discounted price you specify. Memberships work to grant specific prices to specified groups while also ensuring the standard pricing applies to all others.
As a facility owner, you have complete control over the creation of Membership groups. Users cannot get access to any membership privileges unless granted by you. Just like with availability, bookings, payments and set up, Pitchbooking Manager gives facility owners complete control over how users access their facilities.
