To set up a subscription, you simply enter the details of the booker, they time they play and Pitchbooking sends them off a setup email. To confirm the subscription, they simply have to provide their card details.

From then on in, it’s plain sailing. Payment comes out weekly, automatically, saving both the booker and the Facility Manager a ton of admin. In addition to this, you can set exclusions for the weeks that the booker isn’t available to play, all at your discretion.
