We know how important it is that users are given the correct information at the right time. Central to how Pitchbooking works is the ability to get users the correct information, without the need for direct contact at all times.

When a user performs any major action on our platform, be it cancelling a booking, confirming a subscription or anything in between, they need to be informed in full, with all the information of their current booking status.

For this reason we give facility owners the ability to personalise all transactional emails that are sent out to customers. Not only is each email branded with the facility owners logo and identification, they also include booking details, payment details and free form text to allow facility owners to communicate any additional detail needed.
