Pitchbooking provides a market leading scheduling and payments solution for sports facilities. Our software delivers the best way to manage bookings for sports facilities and associated sports events.

We work with a range of customers including International Football Associations, City Councils, large Commercial Centres right through to local grassroots Clubs. We are looking for an Customer Success Manager that is passionate about working with our customers to help them get the most out of our software.

The ideal candidate will:

• Become an expert in the Pitchbooking suite of software products - including facility management, events, memberships, automated lighting and facility entry
• Become a trusted advisor to customers, supporting them and helping them maximise the value they receive from our software.
• Engage with customers on a regular basis, resolving queries and proactively looking for opportunities to ensure maximum customer retention across the business.
• Engage with customers to keep them updated on new product features and communicate best practices.
• Manage incoming queries & either resolve, or pass to the appropriate team members for help.
• Identify opportunities for growth by building relationships with customers.
• Comfortable delivering product demos to prospective customers.
• Onboard customers by successfully training their teams for "Go Live".
• Assist other team members with onboarding related tasks & queries.
• Assist other team members in the creation of training & support materials.

Essential Criteria

• You are comfortable building relationships with a variety of customer personas.
• You are a strong communicator.
• You can manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• You are technically proficient & are able to explain technical solutions to non-technical members of the public.
• You are adaptable & proactive.
